Sales Development Representative (Eastern Europe & Turkey)


As a Sales Development Representative (Eastern Europe & Turkey), you'll be responsible for making outbound sales calls in an effort to identify and qualify prospects for our field sales team specifically covering Turkish region. This is an entry level position with a potential career growth path to our Sales team which is responsible for the full "find, drive, and close" sales cycle.

The Sales Development Representative will spend the majority of their time on the phone initiating outbound prospecting calls for the purpose of creating interest and qualifying potential prospects. Once qualified, the SDR will pass the opportunity to a field rep to continue the sales cycle. You must be confident to comfortably converse in a high level of Turkish and English.

  • Making 50-60 calls per day with 1.5 hours of talk time;
  • Attaining quarter KPIs;
  • Identifying & qualifying opportunities using company sales process methodologies;
  • Accurately determines customer requirements and clearly articulates features and benefits that provide relevant value;
  • Detailed usage of CRM (SFDC) to accurately categorize disposition of leads and target contacts;
  • Use all available means to perform effective research in the initial development and ongoing maintenance of targeted account lists.


  • Fluent in Turkish (excellent verbal and written communication skills) and English;
  • Experienced.​ Relevant sales experience will be a plus;

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Power Point, Excel;
  • Experience with SFDC CRM system is a plus.
