Email Marketing Specialist


As a member of the marketing team, the Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and managing e-mail campaigns that utilize best practices to drive continuous improvement of the e-mail marketing program.

This hands-on role requires you to collaborate with internal teams and translate business needs into technical execution that delivers measurable results, aligned to meet the business objectives of the company.

  • Managing e-mail campaigns (basic html-coding, testing, targeting, execution in email tools);
  • Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects & customers;
  • Email performance analysis and reporting;
  • Suggest and implement e-mail marketing best practices;
  • Partner with different marketing teams (events, PR, advertising, design etc).


  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • At least 6 months in Marketing or Email Marketing;
  • Understanding of metrics related to digital marketing campaigns and ability to communicate them to internal teams;
  • Familiarity or experience with HTML, ability to learn quickly;
  • Experience with email marketing tools, CRM-systems (e.g. Marketo and SFDC) is a plus;
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus;
  • Organized personality & attention to details is a must;
  • Self-motived and creative with an innovative and problem-solving attitude;
  • Constantly seeking out ways to become more efficient and to enhance programs – not satisfied with the status quo.
