System Administrator / Системный Администратор


As a System Administrator, you will be a part of our IT team and provide user support for corporate users and handle all types of IT infrastructure tasks You will have a chance to apply your skills in modern IT technologies, service management, optimization and security.


  • User and desktop support – 35-45%;
  • Network and system support – 20-30%;
  • Migrations, installations, troubleshooting and tuning – 20-25%;
  • Remote support during weekends and off-hours – 0-5%.


  • At least 2 years as a system administrator, strong user support skills;
  • English – Pre-Intermediate level or higher;
  • User support skills: on-site and remote, by e-mail, TeamViewer and phone, usage of service desk systems.
  • Hardware skills: Servers, LAN, Desktops, Printers, Networks switches
  • Networks skills: TCP, SNMP, routing, VPN, Firewalls
  • Familiar with OS: Windows Servers (at least from 2008), Windows 7,8,10
  • Systems and Applications: AD, user, and access management, e-mail systems (MS Exchange 2010 - 2016), file servers;
  • Readiness for occasional emergency off-hours support.


  • Knowledge of SIP PBX (Asterisk or others);
  • VMware, HyperV;
  • Linux;
  • Monitoring solutions;
  • SharePoint;
  • Skype for business;
  • Network architecture, performance, security, VLANs.
