Content Marketing Manager

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a talented Content marketing manager to take responsibility of our content marketing initiatives to drive organic traffic, engagement and leads.

Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract, retain and nurture the audience.

Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint, brand awareness, subscribers, and leads. (Please respond in English only).



  • Collaborate with multiple marketing teams to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives
  • Manage editorial calendar for publishing content (blog posts, social media posts and contests, webpages)


  • Deliver valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups, e.g. blog posts, eBooks, guides, templates, etc.
  • Collaborate with product managers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
  • Edit, proofread and improve content produced by both internal writers and external influencers and industry experts
  • Whenever possible, optimize produced content for SEO
  • Ensure produced content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone


  • Publish certain types of content on the website
  • Ensure new content is properly linked to previously created assets
  • Optimize the path to lead conversion: provide recommendations to the teams responsible for distribution channels about the content to link


  • Measure and report performance of content marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals


  • Categorize produced content and keep content inventory and content hub up to date
  • Document and improve organizational workflows for content creation and distribution

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Strong interest for IT and computer networks
  • Hands on experience creating and publishing web content, SEO and web traffic metrics
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Work experience as a Content marketing manager is a strong plus
  • Experience building and growing audiences is a strong plus
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics and the top social media platforms is a plus
  • BS/MS degree in marketing, journalism or a related field is a plus
