Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive is the primary point of contact for enterprise class customers and comes alongside them to ensure their long-term success. This position will be responsible for developing relationships with the customers assigned in a particular portfolio as well as connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This position will also be responsible to liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful deliver of our solutions according to customer needs.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customers request.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Develop a relationship as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Prospecting new and targeted accounts.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage local Partners and Systems Integrators.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
