Netwrix Enterprise Sales Executive – UK and Ireland – Government and HealthCare

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with experience of selling complex enterprise software solutions at a senior level, to Government, Healthcare and in particular The NHS, to join our successful team in the UK!

This is a new business hunter role involving a large amount of telephone work and presentations, although some leads will be provided, cold calling skills are essential as well as familiarity of web-based presentation tools. Teamwork is a must as you will be working closely with our Telesales Executive, Pre-Sales and Channel Account Manager, to assist with closing new business sales. This role has been created to support the continued growth of our business in Europe.

Under the leadership of the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales process and using the Netwrix sales methodology.

Desired Skills and Experience:

It is a prerequisite that you are already working in Government, Healthcare and in particluar the NHS markets.  You must have intimate knowledge of working with Government bodies, understanding their commercial dynamics and be able to sell deep and wide into such accounts.
Minimum of 10 year’s successful IT sales experience
Highly organized, driven to succeed and have a passion for sales
Must be a high energy, be self-motivated and customer driven
Knowledge and/or experience with software solutions
Experience of working in a focused/determined sales environment and dealing with the associated pressure of delivering against targets
Must be a team player
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Comfortable dealing at C-Level with top tier clients.
Solid track record of new business IT sales achievement, selling to technical customers (e.g. IT management) and be competent in structured and organized sales techniques.
Consistent sales revenue achievement, ability to work to KPI's and be target motivated.
