Online Events Specialist / Webinar Specialist

SUMMARY:

This position is part of the Global Marketing team with the focus on North-American market. The Online Events Specialist is responsible for planning and executing all aspects of online events across US and Canada including but not limited to webinars, virtual customer conferences, online trainings. The ideal candidate for this position would have advanced English as well as experience in creating content.

DUTIES:

  • Execute existing and drive production of new online events
  • Execute promotion strategy - promote online events across multiple channels
  • Execute follow-up strategy
  • Communicate with industry thought leaders and existing customers to engage them as speakers
  • Work closely with key advertising partners on joint online events
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing and Sales teams to come up with new content ideas
  • Create and edit all webinar-related content including webinar script, webinar description, webinar promotional materials as well as assisting in PowerPoint presentation styling and formatting
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written English is a must
  • Experience running webinars is a must
  • Experience in IT marketing is a strong plus
  • Experience in working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo) is strong plus
  • Experience in working with webinar platforms (Go-to-webinar or similar) is a strong plus
