SUMMARY: is the leading CRM-platform, which helps to organize workflows of different departments across the company. It is a key system at Netwrix Corporation and primary storage of all Sales, Marketing and Technical Support activities.

Due to the fast growth of the company, Netwrix opens a new position – Salesforce Administrator, which should help to process tremendously increased number of internal requests from Russian and international workmates. This position also comprises consulting, educating, facilitating and communicating knowledge of the application, system tools and processes to all stakeholders. Successful candidate will also get a chance to gain experience in web testing and database administration.


  • Handle internal requests from Marketing, Sales & Support departments via helpdesk system, including but not limited to: user provisioning and onboard training, reports & dashboards, data access;
  • Escalate helpdesk tickets to the Sales Operations development team if necessary;
  • Configure and maintain the Salesforce Org;
  • Create Reports and Dashboards that appropriately represent complex merges and joins of the data with care for scalability and longevity;
  • Develop content to train various user groups on Salesforce processes and policies - PPT presentations, workflow diagrams, presentation materials, training docs, etc.;
  • Maintain internal documentation regarding the structure of Salesforce Org;
  • Gather feedback from internal users and continually seek ways to enhance the end user experience.


  • English - upper-Intermediate or higher level;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions;
  • Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent requests with poise and professionalism;
  • Patience in problem-solving and troubleshooting;
  • Great interest in IT sector and desire to develop your skills in this direction;
  • Analytical mindset.


  • Agile experience;
  • Experience in webinars, employee training;
  • Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM-system;
  • Understanding of databases and how to extract/analyze data using Excel.
